Central Park Lidická s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the controller) undertakes to protect the personal data provided. On this website you will find information on the reasons why we process your personal data, how to contact us if you have any questions about the processing of your personal data or how to correct your personal data. We are committed to taking every precaution to prevent the misuse of the personal data you provide to us. The personal data we process is provided in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. We process your personal data only in cases where you have given your consent or where there is a legal title for the processing of personal data.

Duration of processing of personal data The latest period of processing of personal data is 10 years from the date on which the legal relationship between the provider of personal data and us was terminated, or 10 years from the end of the tax year in which the performance occurred. This processing period is based on Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended, Act No. 235/2004 Coll., Value Added Tax Act, as amended. The reason for processing personal data is a legal obligation or legitimate interest. After this period, all your personal data will be deleted. If you contact us with a request to delete your personal data at our e-mail address, we will delete your personal data without undue delay. We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this privacy policy or to comply with our statutory obligations. Your rights relating to the processing of personal data You have the right to request access to your personal data, to request its rectification or erasure, or to restrict processing and to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability. You have the right to withdraw the consent you have given to the controller for the processing of your personal data at any time. You have the right to lodge a complaint against our actions with the Data Protection Authority. If you exercise any of the above rights, we will inform you in writing without undue delay of the manner in which we will deal with your request. Method of handling the request The controller will handle requests in writing in electronic or paper form. If you contact the controller with your request electronically, the request will also be processed electronically unless you request a different method of processing. Your request will be processed free of charge. The controller is only entitled to impose a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs involved in providing the information requested, where the requests made by you are manifestly unfounded or excessive. Time limits for the processing of requests Your requests will be processed without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of your request. This time limit may be extended by a further two months in view of the complexity and number of requests. In this case, we will inform you of the extension no later than one month after receipt of your request, together with the reasons for the delay. Right to object to the processing of your personal data In addition to the above-mentioned rights, you also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You may object if the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the legitimate interest of the controller. If you object to the processing, the controller will no longer process your personal data until the controller demonstrates legitimate grounds or other compelling reasons for the processing that override your interests or rights.
